Why are our grades poor

As promised , I'll be updating my blog ! so here's a post !
* Sorry if there's any errors because I'm updating through my phone*

So straight to the topic .

Why are our Grades poor ):

If you are a singaporean/PR student , you will know the education system here . To us students, we hardly have time for other things .

Firstly , Imagine waking up In the morning at 6am and going to school at 7am. Then , ends school 1pm / 2 pm( Depend on your school ) After the end of lesson we have either extra classes or co-curricular activities (CCA)

If uniform group is your CCA you will ends at 6- 6.30 If your teachers is in the bad mood probably 7.

Now , from 7pm onwards you're free from school . But you can either choose :

1 . Hanging out with your friends for Dinner

2. Get your ass home & start doing
homework / revision .

Obviously , many will choose option 1 . Having  12hours spend in school and you definitely wants a break . What will happen next is you eat lunch/dinner + chit chat . BAM!!! 8.30pm ( Example )

Get home lastest 9pm . By the time you wash up 9.30pm . At that hour .. Do you really think that students are able to do any work ? 12hours spend in school and do you think we will still spent a few hours again ? Most slightly no . They kept telling us to have 8- 9 hours of sleep when you have tons of work left undone . Teachers , it's really not student that doesn't want to do their work .

Some of you will have this thinking " Then manage your time wisely )  Really ? It's hards when  half of the day  you spent it in school .

We really appreciate it if teachers can understand at our point of view .Yes , our teacher need to strikes a balance between school and family but so do we ! The teacher will tell you that " You only need to do one piece of worksheet while I marks the whole class and other classes ."

We have 7 subjects ! and sometimes it's just so hard for us to catch up ... And this is why our Grades are poor :(
